Drug & Alcohol Prevention Program
Each employee at Duncan Aviation is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of performance and conduct. Our policy on substance abuse follows Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), which requires that appropriate personnel be subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing.
These regulations apply to Flight Crew members and aircraft maintenance or preventative maintenance personnel. Prior to employment, all employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug test in addition to annual random drug and alcohol testing.
