The President's Reflections

I remember taking my first tour of Duncan Aviation quite a few years ago. I had the same initial reaction as those whom I now take on tour: "I had no idea... "

Everyone here at Duncan Aviation has heard this expression time and time again from new customers when they first visit our facilities. The scope of our service capabilities and the magnitude of our business is hard to explain without seeing it first-hand.

The expression holds true for more than our facilities and capabilities, however. The quality, integrity, diversity, knowledge and commitment to their careers that Duncan Aviation employees possess is astounding. Combined with the daily teamwork exhibited by everyone to serve the customer, these qualities and values make me proud to be part of the Duncan Aviation team.

Since being named President of Duncan Aviation in 1996, I have worked hard to encourage and foster Duncan Aviation's culture of pride and dedication to excellence, which goes back to its founder, Donald Duncan.

Duncan Aviation has a history of hiring talented employees, providing them with training and advancement opportunities and equipping them with the tools they need to best do their work. We strive to have employees look at their work as a career, not a job. In order to accomplish this, we encourage leadership throughout the company and expect all employees to train and encourage others.
