Mike started at Duncan Aviation in 1991 as an engine shop technician being promoted to team leader by 1998. In 2001 he became supervisor and was promoted to assistant manager and then manager by 2007. He assumed his current role in 2008. Prior to Duncan Aviation, Mike served in the Army National Guard from 1986 to 1994 specializing in turbine engines on helicopters. He also worked for Carroll Flying Service.

Mike is a licensed A&P mechanic. He has an Associates degree in Aviation Maintenance and a Bachelors degree in Business. He enjoys building relationships, helping customers and researching engine data.

Mike is married and has one daughter. He enjoys cycling and sailing. He volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
