Rich began his career in 1997 working for Kal Aero* in Kalamazoo, Michigan as director of maintenance. He took on his current position in 2001. Prior to Duncan Aviation, Rich worked in freight and for an FBO in the maintenance shop and then at the corporate level.
Rich holds an A&P license and Inspection Authorization (IA) from the FAA. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology and Management. Rich enjoys the challenge to maintain customer expectations, the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and the chance to get to know customers on a personal level.
Rich has one son. He enjoys everything outdoors; sports, hunting, fishing, and camping. He is involved with his church and volunteers working with teens and troubled youth.
