Ryan started at Duncan Aviation in 2001 as an airframe mechanic. After two years he became a lead mechanic and then was promoted to team leader in 2006. He assumed his current sales role in 2012. Prior to Duncan Aviation, Ryan served in the U.S. Air Force as an Airborne Technician with the 1st Airborne Command and Control Squadron.

Ryan is a licensed A&P mechanic through Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He enjoys working with customers, building relationships with them and providing them knowledgeable service options for maintaining their aircraft.

Ryan and his wife, Jennifer, have one son, Cole, and two daughters, Ashley and Emily. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fly fishing, hiking and golfing. Ryan is active in mentoring youth. He stays busy serving as coach on many of his children's youth sports teams.
