Jeff started in 1987 working for Kal Aero* in Battle Creek, Michigan. Jeff was hired as a flight control technician in the Paint department. He transferred to the airframe department working as a mechanic on the weekend shift. He was promoted to weekend shift supervisor in 1995. Six years later Jeff was promoted to assistant manager of the Airframe department. In the summer of 2010, Duncan Aviation opened a maintenance facility in Provo, Utah. Jeff and his family moved to Provo and assumed his current role.
Jeff has a Bachelors of Science degree in Flight Technology from Western Michigan University. He holds an A&P license and a commercial Pilots license with an instrument rating.
Jeff and his wife Callie have one son, Truman and one daughter, Cianne. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family. He and his family like skiing, camping, and baseball. Jeff has volunteered with local little league baseball teams as coach, local scouting groups as den leader and as a Jr. Development Team (ski race) coach.
