Employee Profile

Gary started with Duncan Aviation in 1985 when he was hired to help start up the Satellite shop project. After the initial shops were set up he went into technical support providing trouble shooting on Avionics Systems. In 1990, when Cockpit Voice Recorders increased in demand, he was asked to move into his current role. Prior to Duncan Aviation, Gary flew full time for a local company as a customer service representative and managed an avionics shop.

Gary has a degree in Electronics Design Technology and has a Commercial Pilots license with over 1,000 hours of flight time. He enjoys helping others sort through all the misinformation that is out there in the industry.

Gary has three children, one daughter-in-law and two fantastic grandkids. He enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends on the water. Gary is Vice Chairman of the Aircraft Electronics Association, Chairman of the Trustee Committee and President of the Middle Island Lake Association.
