AVPAC Changes Name to Duncan Aviation Parts Support Services... Adds Two Sales Representatives
February 25, 2004
LINCOLN, NEB. —Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce the creation of Duncan Aviation Parts Support Services, formerly known as AVPAC—the Aviation Parts and Components network. The name change is being made to more closely identify AVPAC with its service (parts) and its parent company (Duncan Aviation).
“Duncan Aviation Parts Support Services will still have the same experienced technical sales team,” says Ted Miller, Parts Support Services Manager. “With more than 250 cumulative years of experience at locating hard-to-find parts at reasonable prices, Duncan Aviation Parts Support Services will still be the best option for operators looking to reduce costs and save time while searching for rotables, avionics and jet & single engine aircraft parts. In addition to part sales, Duncan Aviation Parts Support Services will continue to offer its consignment program, which for two decades has helped operators sell new, spare parts.”
Along with a new name, Duncan Aviation Parts Support Services is welcoming two technical sales representatives. Darrell Cermak is a Technical Sales & Support Representative specializing in Hawker and Falcon rotables. His aviation career began in 1995 at Duncan Aviation where he was most recently tracking core units, facilitating internal and external equipment overhauls, pricing rotables and providing rotable analysis. His extensive knowledge of Raytheon products makes him a valuable addition to the support team. Mike Mettscher is a new Parts Sales Representative. He has been with Duncan Aviation for six years specializing in parts acquisition, pricing, locating, expediting and procurement. He brings a wealth of knowledge about TCAS, RVSM and entertainment systems to the Parts Support Services team.
