September 13, 2004
LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation welcomes Bill Walker as CF34 Engine Technical Representative. In this position Walker will serve as a technical advisor to Challenger engine customers and Duncan Aviation’s Challenger teams.
“Our Challenger program has undergone significant growth in recent years and naming a CF34 Technical Representative was a natural progression in this growth process. Bill’s level of CF34 experience made him an excellent choice for this position,” said Rich Baeder, Vice President of Aircraft and FBO Services. “The addition of Bill to this position reinforces Duncan Aviation’s commitment to Challenger operators.”
Walker’s aviation career and CF34 experience began in the military where he served from 1979 to 1988. Positions with McDonnell Douglas and Lockheed Martin followed and in 1996, Walker joined MidCoast of St. Louis. Walker began there as an A&P mechanic and most recently held the position of CF34 Engine/APU Maintenance Coordinator.
“Duncan Aviaiton is well-known as a premier Challenger maintenance facility and this position is a great step forward professionally,” said Walker. “I welcome the opportunity to be part of the Challenger team as CF34 Technical Representative and look forward to working with operators in this capacity.”
