Duncan Aviation-Battle Creek Named Learjet Service Center

BATTLE CREEK, MICH. —Duncan Aviation-Battle Creek has been named by Bombardier Aerospace as a Bombardier Learjet Authorized Service Facility. As an Authorized Service Facility (ASF), Duncan Aviation-Battle Creek will join the Duncan Aviation-Lincoln facility and the worldwide network of ASFs in providing warranty work, engine and airframe inspections, service bulletin installations, “smart parts” administration, avionics updating and troubleshooting for the Learjet fleet. Duncan Aviation-Battle Creek will support the Learjet 45 super light and Learjet 60 midsize business jets, both currently in production, as well as the 31, 35, and 55 models.

We will draw on the deep Learjet experience and history throughout the Duncan Aviation organization to quickly provide outstanding support to all Learjet operators that visit our Battle Creek facility,” said Tom Burt, Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Service, based in Battle Creek.

Duncan Aviation-Battle Creek is an aircraft service provider with a 260,000-square-foot facility and 480 employees supporting the aviation needs of business jet operators worldwide. These services include airframe and engine service, avionics installations, interior and paint completions/modifications, avionics/instrument and accessory/propeller repair/overhaul and parts support. Duncan Aviation operates major service centers in Lincoln, Neb., as well as in Battle Creek. Other Duncan Aviation locations include 21 satellite avionics facilities located throughout the United States, 20 government C-23 contract locations, and Lincoln-based Parts Support Services, a division that sells and consigns general aviation parts to aircraft operators and service organizations worldwide.
