Chris Gress Promoted to Accessory Service Sales and Customer Service Manager
January 24, 2005LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that longtime Duncan Aviation employee Chris Gress has been named as Accessory Service Sales and Customer Service Manager. In this new capacity, Gress will be responsible for sales and marketing of accessories and propellers and will oversee the activities of Duncan Aviation's four accessory and propeller customer account representatives.
Gress is a 20-year Duncan Aviation veteran, beginning his career in the propeller shop in 1984. In 1985, he moved to the accessory shop and was promoted to team leader. In the late '80s and early '90s, he supervised & administered a U.S. Air Force/Duncan Aviation Repair Contract. In 1995, he became Duncan Aviation's sales and marketing representative for the accessories/propellers/components group, and also added the duties of accessory and propeller technical representative.
