"We are pleased that Duncan Aviation–Battle Creek was named a Challenger ASF. I find it personally rewarding that as we approach our fiftieth year as an independent, family-owned service provider, we are continuing to expand our product lines with Bombardier," said Robert Duncan, Duncan Aviation Chairman. "My father Donald began working with Bill Lear as an original Learjet Dealer, and now our organization continues this relationship by adding the Bombardier Challenger to our list of factory authorizations."
"Expanding our service, maintenance and customer support network is a top priority at Bombardier," said Dave Orcutt, vice-president, customer support, Bombardier Business Aircraft. "Duncan Aviation–Battle Creek is a natural fit to our network and great choice to meet the needs of Bombardier Challenger aircraft operators in the Upper Great Lakes region."
