Duncan Aviation Welcomes John Kauppila as Gulfstream Technical Representative

BATTLE CREEK, MI. — Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce the appointment of John Kauppila as the Gulfstream Technical Representative in Battle Creek, Mich. In his new position, John will assist customers and Duncan technicians with troubleshooting and other technical support needs on Gulfstream aircraft.
John started his aviation career by attending Northern Michigan University where he received his A&P license. A Duncan Aviation Gulfstream technician since 1996, John most recently held the position of Lead Technician of the Gulfstream Airframe Service Team.
"Over the last several years, as a lead technician, John has delivered great service and helped build Battle Creek's Gulfstream program. This new position will give him an opportunity to use his experience and technical knowledge to help even more Duncan Aviation customers," said Tom Burt, Executive Vice President, Sales and Customer Service.
