Industry First:Duncan Aviation Installs Alto Sound System in a Falcon 900
May 30, 2006
BATTLE CREEK, MICH. — Duncan Aviation recently completed the first installation of the Executive Alto Aviation Speaker System in a Falcon 900B.
The aircraft was acoustically mapped by ALTO engineers for optimum sound quality throughout the aircraft. The custom mapping and installation resulted in a sound system with sound quality rivaling that of the best home entertainment systems, now available in an aircraft flying at 41,000 feet.
"This customer is very pleased with the sound quality," said Dennis DeCook, Avionics Installations Sales Representative. "The installation of each of these systems is customized to the configuration of the interior and the tastes of the aircraft owner, providing for an exceptional sound experience."
The installation utilized eight cabin speakers, four subwoofers and a high power audio amplifier to achieve these results. This custom sound system can be installed during a standard interior refurbishment downtime. For a live demonstration or more information about this system, please contact Dennis DeCook at 269.969.8418.
