Kory Thomas Promoted to Customer Service Manager
BATTLE CREEK, MICH. —Kory Thomas was recently promoted to Customer Service Manager for Duncan's Michigan Operations. Kory will lead the Michigan Project Management team to provide the highest level of customer service to our growing list of customers.
Kory brings 12 years of aviation experience to the position, most recently as a Project Manager at Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln, Nebraska, location. During his eight years with Duncan Aviation, Kory has also held the positions of Maintenance Records Technician and Team Leader of Records and Research. Prior to his start with Duncan Avaition, Kory served in the United States Marine Corps maintaining Huey and Cobra helicopters. His leadership will be the perfect complement to Duncan Aviation’s skilled Customer Service staff in Michigan.
