Duncan Aviation's Bill Gehman Named Assistant Manager of Customer Service

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Bill Gehman has accepted the position of Customer Service Assistant Manager. In his new role, Gehman will provide leadership, support and coaching to the Customer Service and the FBO Services Departments located at Duncan Aviation Battle Creek in Michigan. He will also continue to provide support on various projects, billing, customer resolution and scheduling. 

Geham has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, an A&P license and has been with Duncan Aviation for 13 years. He started his career as an airframe mechanic in Kalamazoo, Mich., working on piston and turboprop aircraft. In 1997, he became Team Leader of Duncan Aviation's regional airline maintenance team.  Since then, he has also held the positions of Project Manager and NetJets Program Manager.
