LINCOLN, NEB. — When Duncan Aviation’s Provo, Utah, service center opens in August 2010, it will be a Bombardier* Authorized Service Facility (ASF) for Learjet* and Challenger* aircraft as well as an Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Line Maintenance Facility (LMF) for Global* aircraft.
"We are thrilled to be able to support Bombardier operators in the western United States with an authorized service facility," says John Slieter, Duncan Aviation’s Vice President of Sales. "We are anxious to open the doors of this service center and are working on staffing and processes that will ensure customers have a very similar experience at any of our three main service facilities."
"Bombardier is committed to offering its growing customer base with the most comprehensive support and is pleased to be adding the Provo facility to its extensive maintenance network," says Michael McQuay, President, Bombardier Aircraft Service Centers. "We know from experience that Duncan Aviation will provide excellent support for our customers in the western United States."
Duncan Aviation will be leasing hangar space from Million Air-Provo at the Provo Municipal Airport. The company plans to be open for business in August 2010 with a hangar that will accommodate up to four aircraft and a team of 21 technicians experienced in Bombardier Business Aircraft products.

"For Bombardier customers in the region, they will not only benefit from Duncan Aviation’s top-notch maintenance expertise but can access us via a single, short-haul flight for increased convenience and operational cost savings."
