To save you costly downtime, we have more than $7.5 million in loaner avionics and instrument units available for your use while we repair your unit. These units are provided free of rental charges and daily fees in the continental United States.

A nominal recertification fee will be charged effective September 1, 2009.

Rental/Late Fees

Please Note: A rental fee will be charged if certain conditions are not met. Duncan Aviation may also invoice you for the value of the loaner or for rental charges upon late return of the loaner unit or late submission of a unit for repair.

Late fees vary by loaner unit. For more information on charges and fees, please contact a Customer Account Rep.

To avoid rental fees or late charges, simply do the following:

1. Send us your similar unit to repair within seven days of the loaner shipping date.
2. Send the loaner back within 14 days of us shipping your repaired unit.
3. Respond within five days to the quote for repair or overhaul.
