Propeller Limited Warranty

Duncan Aviation warrants the following to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for the following periods:

• Propeller overhauls and exchange units - 12 months,
• Propeller repairs - 30 days on the functions or portion of the unit repaired.

Repairs & Replacements

Duncan Aviation will either repair or replace any work or material that breaches this warranty if the product is immediately returned to Duncan Aviation, transportation costs prepaid by the customer. Duncan Aviation shall determine which of the two remedies (repair or replacement) will be provided for each product properly returned.

Propeller Airline Limited Warranty

Duncan Aviation warrants propeller overhauls for airline use for 6 months or 500 hours, whichever comes first. The warranty covers labor. Parts are only covered if they were improperly installed or are the result of our work. Duncan Aviation warrants propeller repairs for airline use for 30 days or 200 hours, whichever comes first. The warranty covers the labor used in the previous repair.

Exceptions and Exclusions

• Costs of removal and installation must be paid by the customer. The warranty is void if the unit shows abuse, alterations, broken seals, improper installation or improper packaging for shipment.
• This warranty is the only express warranty made and there are no other express warranties except as made herein.
• Repair and replacement as provided herein are the exclusive remedies for a breach of this warranty.
• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use are limited in duration to the express warranty given herein.
• There is no warranty covering consequential damages or incidental expenses, and Duncan Aviation shall not be liable for any such claim.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
