Any MRO that cares about the safety of its employees and your aircraft will provide a work environment free from hazards and develop procedures to prevent injuries.
Training
The knowledge level and attitudes of the technicians who work on and around your aircraft should be one of the most important things you consider. Your safety and that of your passengers and aircraft are literally in their hands. Make sure you feel comfortable with their knowledge levels and make sure you know the MRO’s policy about training.
