Commit to a Schedule

You’ve asked the right questions, evaluated the proposals and selected a facility that best fits your needs. It is now time to make a commitment. Committing to a scheduled in-date for your project allows both you and your MRO to establish a proper timeline and begin the preliminary groundwork to make your maintenance event successful.

However, don’t let this be the last time you are in contact with the facility before you arrive for maintenance. You need to be in continuous contact, communicating project changes, budget concerns or different downtime requirements. The better you are about sharing your expectations and needs, the better your odds are of being satisfied with the outcome.
