Experienced PMA Parts Manufacturing

Duncan Aviation provides quick-turn PMA aircraft parts fabrication and machining solutions for OEMs, government agencies and aircraft operators worldwide. We began as an aerospace company in 1956, and we have held PMA approval since 1983. Our complete turn-key operation offers full support from concept through engineering, fabrication, inspection and delivery.

Materials & Services

We routinely fabricate, turn, mill or weld parts in aluminum, stainless steel, alloys, copper, brass, titanium, plastics, composites and additional materials. We also provide vacuum formed parts in Lexan and other formable substrates. Anodizing, passivation, painting, coating, heat treatment and NDT inspection options are also available.

We support one-off prototype single units and entire production runs.

Downtime & Quality

All engineering, certification and manufacturing processes are located in-house to reduce downtime and ensure the best quality. We are known for consistently exceeding expectations, providing quick turn arounds, maintaining high quality and focusing on service, precision and responsibility.

Our primary operating systems are Catia V5 and Solid Works.

Duncan Aviation offers PMA parts manufacturing for more than 1,000 parts under FAA-PMA Authorization PQ3429CE.

Our Lincoln, NE (LNK) facility is an FAA/EASA approved Class 1-4 airframe rated repair station, is MRA and ODA authorized and operates under ISO9001 compliance. We also hold service center authorizations for several major business aircraft OEMs.

Duncan Aviation supports in house aircraft parts manufacturing for STCs ranging from APU installations to complete interiors. We offer complete maintenance, repair, overhaul, refurbishment, upgrades, modification, parts and support capabilities for most popular business aircraft makes and models.
