Duncan Aviation's pre-planning process is legendary in the industry and a hallmark of our success. The key to this process is our Project Managers.
During the pre-buy process, a Project Manager will serve as your personal liaison: coordinating service, answering questions and ensuring that your needs are met.
Each Project Manager leads a team of experts to create and collaborate on a detailed service plan, complete with benchmarks to measure progress. Verbal, face-to-face team discussions ensure each team member understands the workscope and, most importantly, takes personal ownership of it.
Customers often rely on their Project Managers as a single point of contact for job progress and open issues, but customers also have complete access to their aircraft and technicians throughout the entire project. Customers are invited to walk through our shops, watch work in progress, and ask questions.
