Each of Duncan Aviation's full-service facilities has an elite team of Technical Representatives, specializing in all of our core airframes, engine models and avionics systems.

During a pre-buy evaluation, our Tech Reps assist with questions on service bulletins, airworthiness directives and operational aspects of the aircraft. In addition to providing free 24 / 7 support, they also support our staff by recommending ground support equipment and conducting orientation on aircraft manuals to ensure a thorough and complete inspection.

Our Tech Reps have many years of hands-on experience in their area of expertise, and are sought after for advice, troubleshooting and the latest in technical information by customers and OEMs alike. Many have served on OEM advisory boards.
