Hawker Beechcraft has just issued Mandatory SB32-3979 addressing additional landing gear parts that do not meet standards for hydrogen embrittlement relief. This bulletin is aircraft and component serial number specific. Operators need to thoroughly read and follow the decision tree before pursuing corrective action. If suspect parts are installed, removal of affected gear and sidestay/dragstay assemblies will be required.
Compliance with this service bulletin would best be performed at a major maintenance event. Operators have 800 hours or 12 months, whichever occurs first, after the service bulletin date of issuance for compliance.
