LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation, the largest aircraft parts and components service organization in the business aviation industry, has announced the launch of a new parts search capability on its website www.DuncanAviation.aero/parts/search
The new web feature provides more simplified, information-packed access to a wide variety of business aircraft parts for a variety of aircraft, including Challenger, Global, Learjet, Gulfstream, Citation, Hawker, Falcon and King Air.
“When customers search part numbers, not only do they see a photo of the most popular parts or units and whether it’s in stock, but we also give them the option to have it repaired as well as state our turntime,” explains Chris Gress, parts and rotables sales manager. “That way, our customers have options, and if they choose to replace the part, they can visually compare the one online to the part that needs to be replaced.”
The simplified site navigation and enhanced search capability make it quick and easy for customers to find the right product with features, facts, specifications and even colors of the parts, when applicable. While Duncan Aviation is adding new parts and photos daily, the majority of parts with photographs are avionics and accessories equipment like the p/n 7021450-801 radar or the DU-870 display unit.
Duncan Aviation offers overhauls, repairs, rotables, loaners, exchanges and technical support to aircraft operators around the world and has in-house repair capabilities on more than 45,000 different repair manuals. If the customer doesn’t want the part fixed or needs a replacement immediately, the site boasts an inventory of more than 485,000 line items valued at more than $45 million, and we have the capability to ship it from our counter to yours.
To contact a sales representative, customers can send a form through the website, call or utilize the live chat, when available.
