Duncan Aviation Selects Troy Nail for Challenger/Global Airframe Service Sales

LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation recently selected Troy Nail as the company’s newest Airframe Service Sales Representative for Challenger and Global aircraft models. In this position, Nail will be responsible for assisting customers with the preliminary tasks associated with large airframe inspections, including the writing of detailed technical quotations and answering their service and capability questions.

Nail brings a vast amount of Challenger and Global experience with him as well as many strong relationships with Duncan Aviation customers. He began his career at Duncan Aviation in November 2001 as an Airframe Mechanic I, working his way in the Challenger program to a Lead Mechanic in 2007 and a Team Leader for a Challenger/Global team in 2012.

“Troy has performed admirably in his Team Leader role over the past four years and has a great mix of technical understanding and ability combined with excellent people skills,” says Mike Minchow, Vice President of Service Sales with Duncan Aviation. “He understands the concerns customers have when putting their aircraft down for major maintenance and anticipates their questions. He will continue to provide great customer service and support for Duncan Aviation customers in his new role.”

Prior to joining Duncan Aviation, Nail served in the U.S. Army for four years as a Senior Hull Mechanic on M1A1 tanks at Fort Riley, Kansas.
