LINCOLN, NEB — Duncan Aviation has been passionately providing service and support to business aircraft operators for 59 years. On Feb. 3-6 at the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference in San Jose, Calif., the company will join forces with Susan G. Komen® and go Passionately Pink® to help educate attendees about breast health and to raise funds for Susan G. Komen, which is working to end breast cancer through ground-breaking research and community health outreach programs.
“We decided to do something different at the show this year,” says Troy Hyberger, FBO Services Supervisor at Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln, Neb., location. “We have all been touched by cancer in some form and would love to see a world with no cancer. By sharing information from Susan G. Komen regarding risk assessment, screenings and healthy lifestyle choices, we will be educating attendees. We will also be raising awareness and money for Susan G. Komen.”
Duncan Aviation will make a corporate donation to Susan G. Komen in honor of every visitor who stops by booth #809 (look for the bright pink backdrop) and fills out an informational card or provides a business card. These cards will then be entered into a drawing for a black, silver and pink propeller. Painted by Duncan Aviation aircraft paint experts, the propeller sports the well-known Susan G. Komen running ribbon and Duncan Aviation’s unique aircraft logo. The winner of the propeller will be drawn at the Duncan Aviation booth on Thursday, Feb. 5.
Duncan Aviation will also hold prize drawings every hour during the show for Duncan Aviation and Susan G. Komen merchandise.
