Falcon: Common Exchanged Aircraft Parts

Below are some of the more commonly exchanged life-limited parts on a Falcon airframe that have been known to not make the next Time Before Overhaul (TBO).

Emergency Battery—P/N 100-0540-04 If the emergency battery does not make its required time change, it may be due to a failed capacity check or no / low output. The emergency battery requires reblocking for overhaul.

	Transfer Pump—P/N 02060A12 The transfer pump fails to reach TBO most often due to bearing failure. But don’t overlook uneven brush wear. Both cause low output flow/pressure.
	Anti-Skid Valve—P/N 9542732-2 Contamination and a plugged filter.
	Brake—P/N 9550504 This brake begins to drag or exhibit leaking pistons when the return spring mechanisms go bad.
