Duncan Aviation today was recognized by Bombardier Business Aircraft for its performance in 2016 as a top authorized service facility in the support of Bombardier customers. Judged on a set of criteria that included quality, compliance, customer satisfaction and customer influence, Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln, Nebraska, facility was named the winner of the North America category of the 7th Annual Bombardier Authorized Service Facility Excellence Awards.

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Jeff Beaudette has joined the Modifications and Completions Sales team in Lincoln, Nebraska. In the 20 years Beaudette has worked at Duncan Aviation, he served as a Cabinet Specialist and Team Leader before transitioning to the Engineering & Certification Department.
Duncan Aviation has begun construction on a new business aircraft maintenance, modifications and paint complex at its Provo, Utah, location. Dirt has been moved in place for the ramp base and site preparation has started for the large maintenance and modifications center, which includes an innovative paint facility.
Two additional Duncan Aviation satellite avionics shops recently received certification from Mexico’s Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), which is the civil aviation authority for Mexico. This will allow the Duncan Aviation shops in Van Nuys, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, to expand their avionics services for customers with aircraft based in Mexico.
Since Duncan Aviation delivered the first Citation CJ3 aircraft equipped with the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion® integrated avionics upgrade in April, the company has been working to complete the flight deck upgrade for other excited CJ3 owners.
