Honeywell MSP Policy Change

January 2018

On October 26, 2017, Honeywell issued a revision to an APIL (Aftermarket Program Info Letter) regarding Early Event Signoff Guidelines. This APIL announces an MSP policy change affecting Honeywell TFE731, TPE, CFE, and HTF7000 engines maintained by a Honeywell Authorized Maintenance Facility.

The change eliminates the early 100 hour inspection window for MPI and MPI/CZI events, unless prior approval is received from MSP.

There is an over-fly tolerance for MPI available for scheduling purposes only.
