Duncan Aviation had the recent fortune of having both a Falcon 7X and 8X in the hangar at the same time. The quiz question of the day was, “Which is which?”

Most technicians started counting the cabin windows, but there is an easier way. Look at the winglets.

The winglets on the Falcon 8X are shorter and have a rounder winglet profile than the 7X. 

Obviously, before working on it, you want to double-check with the data plate.
