Pratt & Whitney has recently notified Falcon 2000EX operators of ESP of a new service enhancement for their engines. This upgrade will allow operators who currently or wish to fly “on condition” for Hot Section Inspections to enjoy a lower ESP rate.
The installation of an on-board engine health Data Transmitting Unit (DTU) will automatically collect data from the engine monitoring systems and send the data to the Pratt & Whitney website. If your engines are on ESP and you wish to enjoy a lower rate as well as receive notification of a shift in engine performance you should consider this upgrade.
You can request a quote or contact a Duncan Aviation Pratt & Whitney Turbine Engine Service Sales Rep for more information.
