Over the last several months, Duncan Aviation technicians have noted a number of Falcon 7X aircraft with a loose bolt in the lower thrust reverser S-lock link. In one instance the bolt became loose and fell out. And in several other cases, the part number listed in the IPC was not the bolt installed.
We recommend removing the small panel on the bottom side of the after-body and check this bolt for proper conformity and torque. If the bolt is extremely loose, remove it and check the integrity of the threads as they may be worn.
