Falcon: Removing and Replacing Brakes

This is a reminder when removing and reinstalling brakes on all Falcon models. The replacement units are usually received with shipping plugs in the hydraulic ports (see photo).

These plugs do not conform to an in-service brake unit because of material type and lack of safety wire features. The correct plugs will need to be removed from the old brake units and reinstalled with new "O" rings per the relevant maintenance manual task card.
