LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation is excited to announce that Andy Duckworth is now a Completions and Modifications Sales Rep at the company’s full-service MRO facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Duckworth will be supporting Duncan Aviation’s Citation, Hawker, and Falcon customers.
Duckworth brings excellent experience in a variety of roles at Duncan Aviation. He started his career at Duncan Aviation in December of 2017 in the Upholstery Shop, and was quickly promoted to Crew Leader on the foaming and disassembly/assembly team. In 2021, staying within the Interior Department, Duckworth accepted the 2nd Shift Supervisor position. That same year, he graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Organization Administration. In 2022, he moved to Customer Service where he served as the Weekend Project Manager, before being moved to day shift Project Manager.
“Andy is the ideal candidate for this role,” said Duncan Aviation Sales Manager Adam Bruce. “His deep understanding of completions, hands-on interior experience, and proven leadership across multiple departments have given him a unique perspective that will serve our customers well. Andy has consistently demonstrated strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a true commitment to excellence.”
In Duckworth’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, fishing, and traveling.
