When passengers board your aircraft, they want to relax in a comfortable cabin environment. However, we are fast approaching the time of the year when both temperatures and squawks about poor cabin cooling increase. When troubleshooting this squawk on the mid-size cabin Gulfstreams, don’t rule out the cooling turbine as the possible culprit.
Over time the cooling turbine degrades and becomes less efficient. The turbines can usually be repaired or replaced without replacing the entire refrigeration unit.
If you have any questions or would like us to troubleshoot your environmental control system, contact any one of our Duncan Aviation full-service locations.
