All three of Duncan Aviation’s full-service MRO facilities are Authorized Embraer Service Centers for Phenom, Legacy and Praetor business jets. Our 20+ year relationship with Embraer Executive Jets gives our mutual customers consistent standards, factory-trained technicians, access to OEM technical data, and reliable OEM support across multiple locations.

Through dedicated sales representatives, customers work with someone who knows their aircraft, their maintenance history, and the platform-specific details—resulting in better planning, fewer surprises, and smoother maintenance events.

Company Culture Focuses on Employees

06.1 Fact-Spring 2026_Fortune Magazine Jan 8 2001bleed.jpg

A strong employee culture has long been central to how Duncan Aviation operates. In the early 2000s, we were named one of Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” an honor based largely on team member feedback and an independent evaluation of company practices, policies, and leadership philosophy.

That recognition marked a moment in time—but the work didn’t stop there. Since then, we’ve continued investing in our people, refining how teams are supported, developed, and engaged, with a focus on long-term careers and continuous improvement.
