In fact, approximately 25% of our current workforce has served, or is currently serving, in a branch of the military.

Duncan Aviation is a proud Employer Support of the Guard and National Reserve (ESGR). As an employer, we provide our managers and supervisors with the tools needed to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve. We appreciate the values and leadership skills service members bring to our workforce. We also pledge our support to hire veterans returning from service to our country as part of the Utah Patriot Partnership Program and a Michigan Veteran Friendly Employer. Duncan Aviation is also a supporter of the Department of Defense's SkillBridge program. The DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. The program helps service members bridge the gap between the end of service and the beginning of their civilian careers.
