Our line crew is known for quick and convenient line service and our front desk personnel are known for hospitality. Repeat customers are greeted by name and new visitors are welcomed and shown the services they can expect: office space, conference rooms, pilot lounge, advanced weather planning, and café service, to name a few.
Duncan Aviation's Lincoln, Nebraska, FBO facility is now International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage I accredited. IS-BAH, developed by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA), is a set of global industry best practices for business aviation ground handlers that features at its core a safety management system (SMS). Our other FBO facilities have begun the accreditation process and are expected to be certified by the end of 2018.

Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln, Nebraska, location is the headquarters of the largest privately held business aircraft support provider in the world. With a full array of tip-to-tail maintenance, repair and support services, Duncan Aviation prides itself on listening to customer needs and providing the best and most responsive service in the industry. The Duncan Aviation lobby facilities at the Lincoln Airport were recently updated. They feature a coffee bar, a pilots’ lounge and planning area, and proudly display select pieces from Duncan Aviation Chairman Emeritus J. Robert Duncan’s personal art collection.
Duncan Aviation’s Battle Creek, Michigan, facility is located at the W.K. Kellogg Airport and provides full support services to business aircraft operators, including fuel services and line support. The facility’s spacious lobby has easy access to private offices, conference rooms, a pilots’ lounge and weather planning area. The facility also proudly displays select pieces from Duncan Aviation Chairman Emeritus J. Robert Duncan’s personal art collection.
W.K. Kellogg Airport
Duncan Aviation’s Kalamazoo, Michigan, facility is located at the Kalamaoo/Battle Creek International Airport. The facility was recently remodeled to include a large front desk, a kitchenette and sitting lounge, a separate pilot’s lounge with individual sleep rooms and newly remodeled office and meeting areas.
