At least once a month, I get to talk to new Duncan Aviation team members during new employee orientation. I consider this an incredible honor because it keeps me connected to what is important. My message to them has always been the Duncan Aviation is committed to creating an environment where every team member is given the tools, training and support to build a lasting career. We consider everyone who works with us to be a leader, no matter their position. At some point, they will have direct customer contact and they are going to have to make decisions. We expect a lot from each and every team member, and because we invest in the resources necessary to build a culture of excellence, they deliver every time.
Travis Todd is on the front line with Duncan Aviation customers as the Team Leader of a Duncan Aviation Rapid Response Team. This team is on high alert and prepared to respond, 24/7, to most turbine engine needs in-the-field, including critical AOG situations.
