Duncan Aviation’s Team Members Exceed Volunteering Goal

When Duncan Aviation’s team members take on a task, they commit – and the companywide volunteerism campaign started this year was no exception. This spring, Duncan Aviation challenged its team members to record 1,500 hours of volunteer time in two months’ time. They shattered that goal with more than 3,500 hours for 112 different organizations.

Duncan Aviation named Exclusive Distributor for Safran Power UK & Safran Power USA

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce an agreement with Safran Power UK & Safran Power USA naming Duncan Aviation as the exclusive worldwide distributor of Safran Power UK & Safran Power USA’s replacement starter generator specifically designed for the Learjet 60 aircraft. As the global resource, Duncan Aviation will house unit inventories on-site at its Lincoln, Neb., facility and is ready to send shipments worldwide.

Duncan Aviation Interior Craftsmanship on Display at EBACE 2013

Duncan Aviation is pleased to provide attendees of the 2013 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) with an opportunity to see some of the company’s interior craftsmanship and capabilities. An aircraft mockup completed by Duncan Aviation will be on display at Bombardier’s stand #7011.

Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln Facility Releases Time Lapse Video of Expansion Work

In June of 2014, Duncan Aviation will complete the largest expansion project its Lincoln, Nebraska, location has ever seen. A time lapse video showing the 175,000-square-foot facility currently under construction from start to its present status is now available for viewing. The sequence of images used to compose the video was pulled from a camera mounted on a nearby hangar.

Heron Aviation Receives Early Delivery With Duncan Aviation Service

When aircraft operators choose a Major Repair and Overhaul facility (MRO) to perform maintenance, upgrades or repairs on their aircraft, they are hiring much more than someone to service, refurbish and install equipment in their aircraft. They need to also make sure the MRO facility they hire knows how to work with the oversight authority for their aircraft’s country of registry, providing the proper documentation and certification required to return the aircraft to service. Heron Luftfahrt GmbH & Co. Aviation recently completed a project with Duncan Aviation in Battle Creek, Mich., that not only made its certification schedule, but was completed several days early.
