    Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that its Engineering and Certification Department has developed six Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for the Gogo AVANCE L5 system.   • Duncan Aviation Releases ADS-B Compliance Numbers

    In early August, Duncan Aviation’s market research team ran numbers and found that although the FAA’s deadline for upgrading business aviation aircraft to Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) is a mere 16 months away, 52% of the aircraft in the industry have yet to comply. Despite the fact that the FAA has frequently reiterated that the deadline, Wednesday, January 1, 2020, is firm, roughly half of the business jet fleet still needs the mandated upgrades.
