Duncan Aviation Brings Avionics Support to Republic Airport on Long Island, NY

In its 66-year history, Duncan Aviation has made a point of listening to its customers. The company used to have a Satellite location at Mac Arthur Airport on Long Island and since its closure, customers have been requesting a new Duncan Aviation Satellite to provide avionics support in the area. In January 2023, Duncan Aviation officially opened its new fixed location at the Republic Airport (FRG) in Farmingdale, New York.

Duncan Aviation Values Quality & Continuous Improvement

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce it has added two members to its Continuous Improvement (CI) team: Nathan Hansen joined the team at the company’s facility in Provo, Utah, and Justin Morgan joined the team at the facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Manager Erin Hart has been soliciting ideas to help eliminate waste, increase efficiency, maintain safety, and reduce costs at the Duncan Aviation facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, since October 2015.

Duncan Aviation FBOs Receive Stage 3 IS-BAH Accreditation

All of Duncan Aviation's FBO locations recently completed and passed the comprehensive safety audit required for Stage 3 of the International Safety for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) accreditation. As a result, the company’s FBOs in Lincoln, Nebraska; Battle Creek and Kalamazoo, Michigan; and Provo, Utah; join the ranks of only three other FBOs in the United States and 16 worldwide that meet Stage 3 certification standards, none of which perform large-scale Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services (MRO) to the extent of Duncan Aviation.
