Duncan Aviation Signs PRES Agreement With Honeywell

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce the signing of a new PRES (Parts Reclamation Engine Surplus) agreement with Honeywell Aerospace. This agreement applies to Honeywell TFE731-2 & -3 engines and engine parts and re-authorizes Duncan Aviation to purchase, inspect, repair as necessary, and recertify serviceable parts using Honeywell technical information. All parts are returned to service with a signed FAA 8130-3 and EASA dual-release tag.

Duncan Aviation Names Kasey Harwick Vice President of Maintenance

Kasey Harwick, who joined the Senior Management Team at Duncan Aviation in July 2017 and has served as Director of Maintenance for the last year, has been named the Vice President of Maintenance at the company’s Battle Creek, Michigan, facility. In his new role, Harwick will continue to manage the airframe shops and oversee the engine and accessory departments in Battle Creek.

Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln & Battle Creek Facilities Work With Agencies Serving Students With Special Needs

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that four Project SEARCH interns at its Battle Creek, Michigan, facility received their high school diplomas or certificates of completion in June. Project SEARCH is an international program started in Cincinnati, Ohio, designed to help students with cognitive impairments, learning disabilities, and autism work a variety of internships at a host company in order to develop skills and habits that will ultimately help them find competitive employment.
