Duncan Aviation’s Satellite Facilities in Van Nuys and Scottsdale Earn Mexican Certifications

Two additional Duncan Aviation satellite avionics shops recently received certification from Mexico’s Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), which is the civil aviation authority for Mexico. This will allow the Duncan Aviation shops in Van Nuys, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, to expand their avionics services for customers with aircraft based in Mexico.

Duncan Aviation and Honeywell Aerospace Develop STCs for ADS-B Solutions

Duncan Aviation and Honeywell Aerospace are collaborating to develop supplemental type certificates (STCs) for Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) solutions for Honeywell's Primus 1000/2000 and SPZ-8000 flight decks on multiple Hawker 800 series aircraft and select Cessna Citation 560 aircraft with Honeywell's Primus II radio system.

Duncan Aviation Team Members Earn Internationally Recognized Certification

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce three team members have successfully completed the requirements to earn the American Society for Quality – Certified Calibration Technician (ASQ-CCT) designation. The ASQ-CCT is given to individuals who have at least five years of calibrations work experience and demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, quality practices in the field of calibrations.

Duncan Aviation Project Managers Obtain PMP Certification

It is with great pleasure that Duncan Aviation announces that four of its project managers have earned their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which is an internationally recognized credential. Tammie Burns, Ryan DeVall, Matt Lentel and Will Morris completed 12 hours of college credit and then took and passed the PMP certification exam.
